About this notice
This notice describes the website inquiry setup for All Blades On Deck Lawn & Landscaping Service LLC, based in Crestview, Florida.
Information you provide
The inquiry form asks for first name, last name, phone number, email address, service request details, and project city. Email, service request details, and project city are required; phone is optional. Project details may include a service location or other information you choose to provide. If you call, text, or email us directly, we receive the information you choose to share through that channel. Please do not include payment-card numbers, government identification, passwords, or sensitive personal information.
How inquiries are handled
Form submissions are processed through HighLevel/LeadConnector and stored in the All Blades customer-management account as contact and conversation records. The form is configured to send an email notification to the owner so the inquiry can be reviewed and answered. Website administrators and technology providers involved in operating this setup may process the information for that work. The current form is not an automated marketing-text signup; choosing the Text Us button instead lets you send a message yourself using your own messaging app.
Embedded services and technical information
The website uses a HighLevel/LeadConnector form and a Google Maps service-area embed. Loading these features connects your browser to their providers. These providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser/device information, the page you visited, and usage information, and may use cookies or similar browser storage. The form may offer to resume an unfinished submission. The current site does not have a separately configured advertising pixel or site-analytics tool. That does not mean the embedded services are cookie-free.
Provider information
Google explains its handling of embedded Maps information in its Privacy Policy. HighLevel provides information about its platform and distinguishes processing on behalf of its business customers in its Privacy Policy. This notice describes our inquiry handling; a provider’s policy is not a substitute for it.
Your choices and questions
You can choose not to use the form and contact Anthony directly. Browser settings can restrict cookies or clear stored website data, but some embedded features may not work as expected.
